When we realize that our captains and leaders have become dysfunctional, then we need to take command in order to save ourselves.

CAPTAIN Oh captain! Oh captain!

Oh, you are insane!

The whole crew has noticed

Your crazy tossed mane.

Oh crewmen, oh crewmen,

Grab him would you please?

He's standing at the helm,

Screaming at the breeze.

Stormy weather coming -

Rocks are dead ahead!

Try to bind and gag him,

Or we'll all be dead!
